No. Hotpot is designed to be enjoyed fresh in-store.
How long is the dining time?
Each all-you-can-eat dining session is 90 minutes.
Are drinks included?
No. Drinks are charged separately.
How much is U～PICK Hot Pot?
AYCE food is A$29.90 per adult, A$14.95 for children between 1m and 1.4m, and free for children under 1m. Soup bases are charged separately at A$6 for a single base or A$7 for half-and-half.
Do I need to make a booking?
No booking is required. U～PICK is currently walk-in only.
Is it all-you-can-eat?
Yes. U～PICK offers an all-you-can-eat conveyor belt hotpot experience.
How many ingredients are available?
We offer 120+ ingredients including meats, seafood, vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, noodles and classic hotpot favourites.
Are the ingredients fresh?
Ingredients are prepared throughout the day and regularly replenished on the conveyor belt.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes. Mushroom, Lemon and Tomato soup bases are vegan options, and there are many vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, noodles and other plant-based ingredients.
What soup bases do you offer?
We serve Mala Spicy, Mushroom, Chicken Stew, Lemon, Tomato, Spicy Jasmine, Beef Bone Broth and Spicy Beef Tallow. Half-and-half is also available.
Is U～PICK Hot Pot halal?
Our meat is halal certified. Our other ingredients and soup bases do not contain non-halal ingredients. If you have specific dietary requirements, please speak with our team before dining.
Is it suitable for groups and families?
Yes. The individual-pot, self-serve format works well for friends, families and casual groups.
Is parking available?
Street parking and nearby public parking are available. Please check local signage when you arrive.
Are there weekend or public-holiday surcharges?
Yes. A 10% surcharge applies on weekends and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
